- 2. Start the measuring tape at the shoulder and extend it down to the desired hemline.
- 3. Wrap the measuring tape around the thinnest part of your waist.
- 4. Start at the shoulder seam and measure the sleeve length along the outside of your arm to your elbow, where the sleeve ends.
