Delivery information

We offer free delivery on orders over NZ $50. For orders under this amount, a delivery fee of NZ $2.99 ​​applies. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. The estimated delivery time will be 3-10 business days from the date of order.

If your items are in stock, we will deliver them to you from our New Zealand warehouse as soon as we can. The delivery will be sent primarily from local service, using the first class post. We always send the order from the nearest warehouse, but if the items ordered are currently out of stock in the New Zealand warehouse, we will deliver them from our warehouse in PRC directly via Yan Express.

Please, note that the delivery time may be delayed on public and national holidays due to peak demand.
