I didn’t even realize how weak my neck strength was until I threw on a couple small plates on the chain! I’ve never used neck harness before but I’m happy I can enjoy it now! Well worth the money

These straps are so strong!! Surprisingly. They didn’t seem durable judging by the pics but good to know they are. Works perfectly for extensions with either a weight or a resistence band!
