This stick is very easy to use. All you have to do is pull out the retractable bars and turn it until you have a cross. It really does make my back feel good!!

A good product if you’re looking to help keep your posture in good shape and eliminate some of your back pain. I use it a few times a week to help for about 10 minutes at a time. Hope this helps!
